Located in Windsor NSW, Tates Hotel Windsor is a hotel offering accommodation, dining, bar, and function facilities.
The business is currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Hotel Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation of the hotel and ensure the delivery of high-quality guest services.
Key Responsibilities:
Directing and overseeing accommodation, reception, room service, and housekeeping operations
Supervising security arrangements and coordinating property and facility maintenance
Planning and supervising bar, restaurant, function, and event operations
Ensuring compliance with liquor licensing requirements and all applicable legislation
Monitoring guest satisfaction and implementing improvements to maintain high service standards
Overseeing purchasing activities and supporting the efficient administration of hotel operations
Ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety policies and procedures
Coordinating staff rosters, supervising employees, and supporting the day-to-day management of hotel operations




Assisting guests with enquiries, local information, and arranging services where required
Maintaining high operational standards to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the hotel
About You:
At least 1 year of relevant experience as a Hotel Manager or in a similar hospitality management role
Strong leadership, organisational, and people management skills
Experience supervising accommodation, food and beverage, and guest service operations
Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving abilities
Sound knowledge of workplace health and safety requirements and hospitality operations
Ability to manage multiple operational areas in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently and lead a diverse team
Strong commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences
Job Type: Permanent / Full time
Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per annum
