Join a growing mining company on a 2 month contract as a Financial Accountant
We are currently seeking an experienced Financial Accountant to join our client on a 2 month contract to provide critical support during year end reporting and the external audit process.
This is a hands on role requiring someone who can quickly integrate into the team, work autonomously and contribute from day one.
Pronto experience is essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with year end financial reporting requirements
Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations
Support the external audit process, including audit request management and documentation preparation
Prepare journals, accruals and month end adjustments
Assist with statutory reporting requirements
Analyse financial data and investigate variances
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
Liaise with auditors and key internal stakeholders




Provide general financial accounting support to the finance team during a busy reporting period
About You
CA or CPA qualification
Previous experience in a Financial Accountant position
Strong year end and audit experience
Advanced reconciliation and financial reporting skills
Pronto ERP experience, essential
Immediate availability or short notice period preferred
