About The Role
A long-established construction team is expanding and is committed to investing in its people, providing career growth opportunities, and ensuring workloads remain balanced and manageable.
Managing up to 17 single and double-storey builds
Coordinate trades, materials and subcontractors
Manage multiple sites and construction schedules
Ensure quality, safety and timely project delivery
Liaise with clients, trades and internal teams
Maintain accurate site documentation and systems
Resolve in office issues and keep projects on track

About you
1+ years experience as a Site Supervisor working for a Project or Custom Home builder
Open to early-career professionals and strong trade background looking to progress their career
A positive, proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and take initiative
Strong organisational skills with the ability to successfully manage multiple sites simultaneously
Excellent time management, communication and organisational skills.
