About The Role:
As an Operational Improvement Officer, you will be responsible for:
contributing to the design, development and implementation of Directorate operational frameworks, strategic initiatives and projects,
identifying and enabling quality practice and continuous improvement opportunities in the delivery of services,
providing advice and assistance in relation to operational policies, practice matters and complex client management issues,
analysing existing and considering proposed business processes and identifies systems requirements to ensure successful and efficient implementation of improvement or change.
