The Role:
We are seeking a customer service-focused team member for a fixed-term, six-month full-time weighbridge position supporting our Mugga operations.
This role is Monday to Friday providing operational support for our Mugga site.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering reliable, professional support.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the day-to-day operations of the weighbridge
Provide customers/transport operators with direction, discuss loads/materials and advise tipping location
Coordinate control requirements of load capacity for trucks entering and exiting site
Ensure speed limits and site rules are followed and report any traffic control breaches
Customer engagement including answering calls, processing orders and payments
Assist with other administrative duties as required
