motel based in Adelaide CBD.

About the Role:
This is a part-time position (20 hours per week Mon - Fri) and the potential for increased shifts during peak seasons.
You'll be responsible for a wide range of maintenance tasks, both inside guest rooms and communal areas.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Performing general repairs and preventative maintenance across the hotel and outdoor areas
Handling basic plumbing tasks, servicing air conditioning units, and repairing equipment




Maintaining painted surfaces and completing touch-ups or repainting as needed
Responding to maintenance requests promptly and professionally
