Disability Personal Care Worker - Complex Needs (Forde Area)
We are currently seeking an experienced Disability Personal Care Worker to support a client with complex needs in the Forde area.
This role requires a compassionate, skilled individual who can provide high-quality, person-centred care.
Roster & Availability
This position operates on a 24/7 rotating roster.
Candidates must be available to work across all shift types, including:
AM: *********
PM: *********
ND: *********
A consistent, ongoing shift schedule will be provided.
Key Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
Previous experience in a similar support role
Two professional references from paid employment
A valid driver's licence and access to a reliable, insured vehicle
A current National Police Check (issued within the last 12 months)
Proof of Australian working rights (e.g. passport or birth certificate)
A current Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) Card




Evidence of COVID-19 vaccination (minimum two doses plus booster)
