Flower Farm Hand – Wildflower Farm | Immediate Start
ESP Recruitment is currently seeking one reliable Farm Hand for a unique opportunity with a large Australian wildflower farm located north of Perth.
Location
Approximately 50 km north of Perth CBD on Tonkin Highway.
Position Details
• Start time: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Days: Thursday and Friday
• Farm work – eligible for second visa & third visa requirements
• Only one position available
Accommodation
Overnight accomodation available from Thursday to Friday.
Work will be packing, collecting harvested flowers from the field.
Requirements
• Must have own reliable transport
• Comfortable working outdoors in a farm workplace
• Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks
Duties May Include
• General farm hand work




• Care for greenhouse seedlings and plants
• Transplanting and direct seeding in fields and greenhouses
• Maintaining plantings (cultivating, trellising, pruning, deadheading)
• Harvesting and post-harvest flower handling
• Preparing and packing flowers for retail and wholesale
• Other farm duties as directed by the supervisor
Desirable (Not Essential)
Experience in:
• Farming or horticulture
• Floriculture or the floral industry
• Outdoor agricultural work
