NTHA Trainees & Apprentices is looking for a motivated
1st Year Wood Machining Apprentice
to join a leading Australian-owned timber manufacturer in Silverdale.
This isn't a job where you'll be stuck behind a desk.
You'll work with state-of-the-art machinery, create quality timber products, develop practical trade skills, and get paid while earning a nationally recognised qualification.

What you'll learn
Operate CNC and specialised timber machinery
Cut, shape and machine timber to precise specifications
Read plans and technical drawings
Produce custom timber products and large production runs
Use industry-leading equipment and technology
Work safely in a professional manufacturing environment
Learn from experienced tradespeople who will support you every step of the way
