Truck Drivers / Removalists
to join our team.
About the Role
This is a hands-on role that combines truck driving with physical removals and transport work.
You will drive company trucks to customer locations and take responsibility for loading, unloading, carrying and transporting household goods, commercial freight, retail deliveries, building materials, glass and a wide range of other products across Adelaide and surrounding areas.
For larger or heavier jobs, you will work alongside an Offsider to complete the lifting and handling safely.
Smaller transport and delivery jobs are often completed independently, requiring you to manage both the driving and manual handling from start to finish.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, takes pride in safe driving and is committed to delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities




Safely operate company trucks across Adelaide and surrounding areas
Load, unload, carry and secure goods for safe transportation
Complete residential and commercial removals
Deliver commercial freight, retail goods and other transport jobs
Pack, wrap and protect customer belongings where required
Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance issues
Follow company procedures and safe manual handling practices
Maintain a clean and organised truck and work area
Provide professional and friendly customer service on every job
Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role, you should have:
A current Australian Driver Licence
Truck driving experience is preferred but not essential
Previous experience in removals, transport, warehousing or other physically demanding roles is an advantage
Good physical fitness and the ability to safely lift and carry heavy items
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
Reliable, punctual and self-motivated
Good communication and time management skills
Ability to work independently as well as on team jobs
Willingness to work occasional weekends or interstate trips when required
