We are seeking an experienced, organized, and motivated Office Manager to lead the daily operations of our busy and growing dental practice.
This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual with solid leadership skills and a passion for delivering outstanding patient care and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the dental clinic.
Lead, support, and motivate the reception and administrative team.
Ensure an exceptional patient experience from first contact through to treatment completion.
Manage appointment scheduling and optimise the clinical diary.
Coordinate staff rosters and assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training.
Monitor practice performance and implement efficient systems and processes.
Oversee billing, banking, accounts, and financial administration.
Ensure compliance with infection control, privacy, accreditation, and workplace health and safety requirements.
Manage stock ordering, suppliers, and equipment servicing.
Work closely with the dentists to support the growth and success of the practice.




About You
Previous experience as an Office Manager or Practice Manager, in a dental setting.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Experience with dental practice management software, D4W, is highly regarded.
Knowledge of HICAPS, CDBS, health funds, and dental billing is an advantage.
Ability to work independently while fostering a positive and supportive team environment.
