About the Role
Barminco has successfully tendered for the exciting Bellevue Gold Project located approximately 40km north-east of Leinster in Western Australia's Northern Goldfields region.
Operated by Bellevue Gold Limited, Bellevue is one of Australia's highest-grade underground gold mines, achieving commercial production in **** and positioned for significant long-term growth.
This major underground operation combines industry-leading mining practices with a strong sustainability focus, including a hybrid renewable energy power station designed to supply more than 80% of the site's power requirements through renewable energy sources.
As part of this project, Barminco is seeking experienced and motivated Underground Paste Crew to join the team on a full-time basis, working a 77 FIFO roster from Perth.
These roles are integral to delivering safe, productive and efficient underground mining operations at the Bellevue Gold Mine while contributing to the continued success and expansion of the Bellevue Gold Mine.




Your role will support underground production within a high-performing team focused on operational excellence and continuous improvement.
What Will Your Day-to-Day Look Like?
Conduct paste running activities
Monitor paste fill devices/paste walls / paste valves
Liaise and work in with the paste plant operator
Complete paste fill checklists and paperwork
Ensure paste backfill is completed as per plan
Install, monitor, and maintain paste barricades and bulkheads
Inspect, maintain, and clear paste lines and equipment to prevent blockages
Work closely with mining and production teams to meet schedules
Follow all safety, quality, and environmental procedures during paste operations
Our Ideal Candidate Background Includes
Previous experience working as a Paste Crew Operator
Demonstrated commitment to safety and adherence to site procedures
Relevant operating tickets and licences
Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
Ability to meet all site access requirements (including, but not limited to, Medical, DAS, NPC & valid Manual Driver's Licence)
