What you'll be doing
Handling a high volume of
inbound sales calls
, converting enquiries into bookings
Delivering structured
outbound call activity
to follow up leads, quotes, and lapsed customers
Identifying opportunities to
upsell and maximise value
on every interaction
Confidently managing objections and
closing sales on the spot
Maintaining strong daily
call activity, conversion rates, and revenue outcomes
Accurately recording all interactions in CRM systems
