About The Role
This casual position based in Kadina offers variety and purpose, supporting people with disability across different settings.
Deliver individualised support in clients' homes,



the community and in the officeProvide overnight respite care as neededPromote independence and community inclusionWork collaboratively with a passionate support team

Lived experience supporting people with disability is highly regardedStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work respectfully across diverse backgroundsComfortable with personal care, mobility support and behaviour managementReliable, versatile and committed to empowering others
What You'll Need Before Starting
Minimum Certificate III in Disability, Individual Support, Community ServicesAchievement of certain certifications are mandatory requirements for this role; in applying you must be willing to undertake training in fields such as medication management, NDIS Worker Orientation Modules, First Aid, CPR, manual handling and othersThe successful applicant may be required to work Shift Work, In-Home and in other community settingsDriver's licence and willingness to drive personal and Novita vehiclesCurrent Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Check
