The role...
Located alongside The Pat GC, The Pat GC Bar & Eatery is set to become a vibrant destination for golfers, locals and visitors seeking great food, genuine hospitality and a relaxed coastal atmosphere.
We're looking for a passionate Chef to help bring this exciting new venue to life.
To lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of The Pat GC Bar & Eatery Kitchen, ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality food and exceptional customer service.
This is a hands-on role where you will participate in the day-to-day operations of The Pat GC Bar & Eatery Kitchen including:
Prepare, cook, portion, and present food in accordance with approved menus and quality standards.
Manage food ordering, stock control, stock rotation, and monthly stocktakes to minimise waste and control costs.
Develop and cost menus in consultation with the Food, Beverage and Housekeeping Manager.




Lead, train, and support kitchen staff to foster a high-performing and collaborative team environment.
Provide hands on assistance at functions and events when required.

You are...
Passionate about providing outstanding customer experience, inspiring a great team and providing a positive fun work environment.
The successful candidate will have:
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery




Food Handling and Hygiene Certificate
The availability to work weekends and evenings across all 7 days,
Customer service experience within a hospitality environment,
A proven ability to lead, train, motivate and manage a team,
Strong working knowledge or WHS and food safety and hygiene,
Ability to use computers and point of sale (POS) systems, and
High levels of personal presentation, organisation and communication skills.
