The role
Represent Clarendon Homes at the display centre Manage the full customer journey from enquiry through to signed contract Work with greenfield, House & Land, Acreage and knockdown rebuild customers Build strong customer relationships and deliver a premium sales experience Confidently present home designs, inclusions and upgrade options Achieve and exceed sales targets in a high-demand environment Weekend work essential
About You
Proven experience in residential sales,



preferably New Home SalesPrevious experience within a project home builder will be highly regarded Robust understanding of the Southern Highlands market preferred Excellent communication, presentation and closing skills Results-driven, organised and self-motivated Professional approach with a customer-first mindset Able to thrive in a busy, high-performing display environment
