South West Healthcare is seeking a
Registered Nurse
to join our 26-bed Rehabilitation Unit, supporting patients as they regain independence and work towards returning home.

In this role, you will:
Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care in a subacute setting
Work closely with allied health and medical teams to support rehabilitation goals
Build strong, supportive relationships with patients and their families
Contribute to a team environment that values collaboration and continuous improvement
What you will bring
Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
Recent experience in subacute, rehabilitation, or acute care
A genuine interest in rehabilitation and patient recovery journeys
Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
A team-focused approach and commitment to ongoing professional development
