Your new role
In your new role as Sales and Events Coordinator at Lexus of Adelaide, you'll be responsible for:
Facilitating an exceptional sales experience, ensuring admin and processes are complete
Engaging with sales colleagues to coordinate order status and deliveries
Processing invoices, registrations and purchase orders
Collaborating with stakeholders to support truly unique Lexus events
Establishing strong working relationships with customers, colleagues, vendors, and suppliers
Most importantly, you'll play an important role in making our dealership tick, helping your team and the broader business deliver an exceptional experience for both customers and colleagues.
About you
We're looking for someone who enjoys being part of a team, takes pride in their work, and values respect and professionalism.
Additionally, you'll have:
Demonstrated working experience in an administration or coordination role
Strong prioritisation, planning, and organisation skills




A passion for producing and being part of high-end functions and events
Exceptional interpersonal skills, with an ability to build strong relationships
Possession of a driver's license is mandatory
