Key Responsibilities
Process over-the-counter and phone sales transactions
Advise customers on current promotions and special offers
Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally, offering solutions
Maintain merchandising standards and attractive store displays




Participate in regular training to build product knowledge and sales capability
