The Role
This is a
full-time position
.
The successful applicant will be based at either our
Hellenica
or
Botanica
campus, with placement determined according to the needs of our service and the successful candidate's strengths and experience.
Key responsibilities include:
Creating engaging indoor and outdoor learning environments
Observing, documenting,



and supporting children's learning and development
Assisting with daily routines, including mealtimes, toileting, and rest
Building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Contributing to a warm, respectful, and cooperative team culture
About You
To be considered for this role, you will:
Hold a
Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
, or be willing to undertake a traineeship
Have
1–2 years' experience
in an early learning setting (or be looking to start your career)
Have a genuine passion for working with young children
Be reliable, enthusiastic, and eager to learn
Enjoy working collaboratively within a supportive team
