We are seeking a full time Building Surveyor.
This position will be responsible for the BCA/NCC compliance assessments of residential dwellings (Class 1a and 1b) and other buildings and structures (Class 10), assessment checks and liaising with clients with regards to requests for further information and technical advice within our Residential division.
Position requirements;
Qualified Building Surveyor practitioner registered in Western Australia with a minimum qualification level 2.
Strong customer service skills.
Solid attention to detail.
Sound working knowledge of State Building legislation, National Construction Code Volume 2 Building Code of Australia.
High level of computer skills.
Flexible working conditions available or our offices are based in Malaga.
