About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable
Approved Managers and Bar Staff
to join our team on a
casual basis
.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in a energetic hospitality environment at our prime Perth waterfront location in WA ****.
Whether you are an experienced bar skilled or looking to develop your hospitality skills in a welcoming environment, this role offers flexibility and the chance to be part of a thriving community venue.

Key responsibilities
Delivering exceptional customer service to all members, guests, and visitors in a friendly and qualified manner
Preparing and serving beverages accurately and efficiently, following our quality and presentation standards
Operating the point-of-sale system and processing transactions accurately and securely
Maintaining a clean, organised and welcoming bar environment at all times
Monitoring bar stock levels and assisting with inventory management and ordering as required
Ensuring compliance with all relevant liquor licensing laws and responsible service of alcohol practices
For Approved Managers: Supervising bar operations during shifts, managing staff, and ensuring adherence to club policies and procedures




For Approved Managers: Handling customer enquiries and resolving any issues professionally and promptly
Building positive relationships with regular patrons and contributing to a welcoming club atmosphere
What we're looking for
Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification or willingness to obtain it
For Approved Managers: Current Approved Manager certification under Western Australian liquor licensing laws
Previous experience working in a bar, hospitality, or customer service environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for providing excellent customer service
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
Knowledge of beverage types, cocktail preparation, and pouring techniques (preferred)
A positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to be a flexible team member
Basic mathematical skills for handling cash and processing transactions accurately
For Approved Managers: Proven supervisory or leadership experience in a hospitality setting
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle member information professionally
