Solomons Flooring & Sultans Blinds Maroochydore is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused
Sales & Home Improvements Consultant
to join our national award winning team.
This is a full-time position based in Maroochydore, QLD.
In this role, you will be the bridge between our customers and their dream home improvements, providing expert guidance on flooring & window solutions.
You will play a crucial role in driving sales growth whilst building lasting relationships with clients who value quality, craftsmanship and exceptional service.
This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced retail environment where your expertise and interpersonal skills will directly impact your success.
Solomons Maroochydore is "number 1" in Qld & "number 2" in the country.
What you'll be doing
Welcoming customers into the showroom, visiting their homes and conducting consultations to understand their home improvement needs, preferences and requirements.
Building dreams.
Preparing accurate proposals tailored to individual customers
Guiding customers through the sales process from initial inquiry through to order completion.
Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
Achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall goals of the business
Maintaining an organised and professional showroom environment that showcases products effectively
Handling customer inquiries with professionalism and a solution-focused approach
What we're looking for
Proven sales exerperience.
Someone who will love coming to our work place that encourages & promotes personal lifestyle
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers
Excellent product knowledge or the ability to quickly learn and retain detailed information about flooring and home improvement products
Ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Customer service excellence with a genuine commitment to understanding and meeting client needs




Proficiency in using sales systems.
We are industry leaders in customer record management with tailored software to assist in your sucess
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Strong organisational and time management skills
A professional appearance and demeanour within a casaul working enviroment.
Valid driver's licence and the ability to travel to customer sites when required
