What you'll be doingTaking ownership of existing client accounts and strengthening long-term relationshipsDeveloping and delivering a business development strategy to secure new clientsMeeting with clients to understand their business, workforce needs and future growth plansManaging permanent recruitment assignments from initial briefing through to placementSourcing and engaging candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and networkingAchieving activity, revenue and performance targetsProviding an outstanding experience to both clients and candidates About youIdeally,



two years' experience in a 360-degree recruitment roleDemonstrated experience managing multiple clients and recruitment assignmentsStrong relationship-building and business development capabilityComfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environmentExcellent attention to detail with a solutions focused approachCollaborative, supportive andresilient Self-motivated, with the drive and passion to succeed Experience using recruitment databases and candidate sourcing platformsA current driver's licence and access to your own vehicle What's in it for you?
