Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the Plumbing Division
Plan, schedule and oversee maintenance, service and construction works
Manage projects from commencement through to completion ensuring quality, cost and timeline objectives are achieved
Prepare quotations for maintenance works and service contracts
Monitor project performance and compliance through SimPro




Maintain strong client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service
Lead, mentor and develop plumbing team
Work closely with our HSEQR team to ensure all safety, quality and compliance requirements are met
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and division growth
What We're Looking For
Australian Citizenship is essential
to obtain a Defence Common Access Card (DCAC)
Current Plumbing Contractor Licence advantageous but not essential
Minimum 5 years' experience in a Plumbing Supervisor or leading hand role
Experience coordinating maintenance and construction projects
Strong communication, organisational and leadership skills
Experience mentoring team members and managing tradespeople
Ability to prepare quotations and scope works
Experience with SimPro or similar job management software is desirable
Commitment to safety, quality workmanship and professional standards
