We are looking for a agile team member for a finance support role in our Team looking after our Accounts Payable and Internal Bookkeeping functions for our business.

The successful applicant will possess strong interpersonal skills and be able to deal with multiple key stakeholders including Suppliers, Clients, internal HR Consultants and the Finance and Operations teams.
The role will consist of the following responsibilities
A wide range of Finance administration including accurate costing and entry of AP invoices, maintaining purchase orders, internal costing allocations and maintaining intercompany account integrity.
Regular review and proactive approach to ensuring best available outcomes on service prices and supplier engagements, Supplier credit application
GL Account reconciliations for multiple entities
Maintaining spend information on employee based projects
Daily bank and credit card reconciliations for multiple entities
Required
Positive attitude with an outcome based focus
Ability to deal with multiple stakeholders in high pressure situations to achieve results
Strong communication skills when liaising with Suppliers, Clients and internal team members to get outcomes and meet objectives on a weekly basis
Previous Finance / accounts experience essential
Workforce management industry exposure highly desirable
Proven reliability and attention to detail are critical
