Key Responsibilities
Booking Service Support
— Support the implementation and provision of the Booking Service for WA Diversion Programs, including complex booking coordination and database accuracy.
Reporting & Documentation
— Assist with preparing reports, briefing materials and other documentation as required.
Content Management
— Maintain and update operational content across multiple formats such as web‐based appointment diary content, templates, publications and presentations.
Guidelines & Procedures
— Assist in developing and documenting internal guidelines, policies and procedures.
Delegated Projects
— Undertake delegated tasks and projects to support and improve Booking and Online Services business functions.
Strategic Contribution
— Contribute to strategic planning and development activities for Booking and Online Services.
Stakeholder Liaison
— Liaise with stakeholder groups including WA Police, WA Diversion Program service providers and clients to facilitate complex bookings and maintain accurate service records.
Program Support
— Provide high‐quality information, guidance and support to service providers regarding bookings and administrative requirements, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and policy.
Representation
— Represent and promote the Booking Service at internal and external conferences.
Public Interface
— Provide an interface between the public and the Commission, ensuring transparent communication and professional service delivery.
