Overview- Critical Infrastructure, Government Procurement & Governance AdvisorSkills -Senior government, critical infrastructure, risk, assurance or procurement experience.Understanding of CPRs, SOCI/critical infrastructure context and public sector governance.Experience within government or critical infrastructure environments (e.g. Defence, national security, utilities, transport or similar) preferred.
Financial Modelling & Benefits Realisation LeadSkills -Financial modelling, business case or advantages realisation experience.ICT cost modelling and commercial analysis experience.Strong Excel/model development skills.Experience preparing executive-level financial summaries.
Infrastructure & Service Desk Benchmarking SMESkills -Infrastructure managed services experience.Service desk, ITIL and enterprise operations background.Experience with outsourcing, cloud/on-prem environments and SLA-based delivery.Prior service delivery leadership preferred.




ServiceNow Managed Services SMESkills -ServiceNow platform leadership or architecture experience.Experience with ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, workflow/catalogue development or platform operations.ServiceNow managed services or enterprise platform support experience.ServiceNow certifications preferred.
IBM Data Platform Benchmarking SMESkills -IBM Cognos, DataStage, TM1/Planning Analytics experience.Data platform operations and managed services background.Understanding of enterprise reporting, ETL and planning analytics.Experience with financial or operational reporting environments preferred.
SAP Application Management Benchmarking SMESkills -Senior SAP AMS, SAP Enterprise Architect or SAP Practice Lead background.Experience across SAP ECC, SuccessFactors, Ariba, Payroll, GRC, BW/BI and Basis.Strong understanding of hybrid SAP operating models.Government or critical infrastructure SAP experience preferred.
Digital Platform & Cloud Benchmarking SMESkills -AWS, Snowflake, MuleSoft, DevOps or cloud platform leadership experience.Experience supporting modern digital services platforms.Understanding of CI/CD, API integration, data pipelines and platform operations.Cloud managed services benchmarking experience preferred.
