10+ years of demonstrated experience managing fleets of 100+ trucks
, with extensive knowledge of transport compliance, safety, and operational performance within the heavy vehicle industry.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimise a large fleet across haulage and heavy haulage operations
Ensure compliance with NHVL, Chain of Responsibility (CoR), mass management, and fatigue management requirements
Oversee fleet maintenance programs to maximise vehicle availability and reliability
Lead, mentor, and support drivers and operational staff
Drive a strong safety culture and continuous improvement initiatives
Monitor operational performance, resource allocation, and transport efficiency
Essential Experience & Skills




Minimum 10 years' experience in Transport Management
Proven experience managing fleets of 100+ trucks
Strong background in bulk haulage and heavy haulage operations
Comprehensive knowledge of NHVL regulations
Expertise in mass, fatigue, maintenance, and compliance management
Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Robust understanding of transport operations, scheduling, and logistics planning
