is looking for a strong Front of House Shift Leader to help lead service, support the team, and deliver great customer experiences.
We're after someone energetic, reliable, and hospitality-focused who can lead from the front in a fast-paced environment.
This role is perfect for someone who genuinely loves hospitality, creating a great atmosphere, and taking care of people.
We want someone who enjoys making customers feel welcome, looked after, and excited to come back.
What you'll do:




• Lead FOH shifts and maintain smooth service
• Deliver warm, confident customer service
• Support and motivate the team
• Handle orders, drinks, and POS operations •
Keep the venue running sharp and organised
What we're looking for: •
• Previous hospo leadership experience
• Strong communication and people skills
• Positive attitude and ability to stay calm under pressure
• Someone who enjoys creating memorable customer experiences
• Reliable and available nights + weekends
