Position Description:
This
12 month contract
position (full time or part time) offers an exciting opportunity to join our
Business Services Team
, supporting the delivery and coordination of C-Res National Business engagement activities and driving program administration for the Local Buying Program (LBP).
As a Program Administrator, you will play a key role in providing critical administrative support, assisting with supplier & buyer enquiries, maintaining supplier compliance, and completing essential administrative tasks.
Here is a taste of what you can expect in this role:
Provide critical admin support to the Business Services Team
Assist with supplier & buyer enquiries related to the Local Buying Program portal, including onboarding, work instructions, claim submissions, and general supplier & buyer management.
Efficiently and accurately process purchase orders, claims, work instructions, payment confirmations, goods delivery confirmation and remittance advices
Attend events as required

As a solution-oriented and adaptable professional with a keen eye for detail, you excel in responding to the needs of colleagues and the business.
Qualifications:
Year 12 Certificate or above
Certificate III in Business (Administration)
Essential Skills & attributes:
Self-starter with proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment
Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities while maintaining a positive attitude
High attention to detail
Excellent customer service skills/interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office suite (outlook, work, excel & PowerPoint)
1- 2 years' experience in a similar role or industry.
Desirable Skills
:
Skilled data processor
An understanding of the procurement process, tendering, would be advantageous
Ariba/ SAP experience highly advantageous

This program offers end-to-end procurement, streamlining the process for small local and indigenous businesses.
It enabling them to access work opportunities with BHP and submit invoices in efficiently through a single, user-friendly platform.
