About the Role
The Senior Program Officer is responsible for providing high quality administrative, co-ordination, and project support in an end-to-end capacity.
The position will support multiple areas at a Portfolio, Program and Project level, including developing program documentation, financials, scheduling, analysis, governance, stakeholder management and team coordination.
The Senior Program Officer helps ensures that the Program remains within scope, schedule, and budget while achieving organisational goals.
About You
As the Senior Program Officer, you will have:
• Demonstrated experience and success in coordinating and administering programs, projects, or initiatives within a large and complex organisation.
• Proven experience contributing to the planning, implementation, and monitoring of program/s, ensuring allocated objectives, timelines, and deliverables are met effectively.
Experience in coordinating multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including staff, students, or vendors
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Teams) and Project Management Tools (including Clarity, Jira,



and Confluence).
• Proven experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams, supporting junior staff, and contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
• Working knowledge of program finance, reporting, budgeting, and cost control procedures.
• Prior experience on an ERP Program or within the higher education sector, would be highly regarded.

Remuneration
Base Salary Range:
$122,640 - $139,674 pa (HEW 8)
This role attracts 17% superannuation in addition to the base salary.

This position is full-time and appointment will be made on a Fixed term basis for 12 months.
