The Role As Retail Property Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day management of a high-quality retail portfolio, ensuring assets continue to perform both operationally and financially.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing lease renewals, rent reviews and lease administration
Building and maintaining strong relationships with tenants, landlords and contractors
Working closely with internal facilities, leasing and finance teams
Monitoring budgets, outgoings and financial performance
Identifying opportunities to enhance tenant satisfaction and asset performance
Ensuring compliance with lease obligations and relevant legislation
About You To be successful, you will have:
Previous experience managing a retail or commercial property portfolio
A sound understanding of retail leasing and property legislation
Strong financial and organisational skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
A proactive approach with a genuine commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
