PROVISE360 is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our growing team and lead the delivery of complex construction and architectural joinery projects throughout Sydney.With a strong pipeline of secured work across the high-end residential, multi-residential and commercial sectors, this is an chance to take genuine ownership of projects from pre-construction through procurement, construction, completion and handover.ABOUT THE ROLEPlanning and managing projects from commencement through completion and handoverDeveloping and monitoring construction programs, procurement schedules and key project milestonesDetermining construction methodologies, project resources and delivery strategiesCoordinating labour resources and the procurement and delivery of materials, plant, equipment and specialist construction componentsReviewing construction drawings, specifications, contracts and technical documentationCoordinating clients, builders, architects, engineers, consultants, suppliers, manufacturers, subcontractors and tradespeopleManaging project budgets, forecasts, procurement commitments, progress claims, variations and commercial performanceIdentifying construction, procurement, commercial and program risks and implementing effective mitigation strategiesCoordinating manufacturing, logistics, construction, delivery and site-installation activitiesMonitoring project progress, subcontractor performance, quality, safety, cost and complianceManaging project reporting, completion, defects,
