Every interaction is guided by care, intuition, and attention to detail, delivering moments of delight that elevate each stay.Job DescriptionThe Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness, presentation and hygiene across guest rooms, public and back-of-house areas to ensure guest comfort and uphold the resort's quality standards.
The role also supports the Housekeeping function through safeequipment uses, stock control, confidentiality, security procedures and assistance with laundry, public areas and guest requests as required.Key ResponsibilitiesClean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors and allocated areas to Elysium presentationand hygiene standardsReplenish guest amenities, supplies and in-room materials appropriate to room typeComplete scheduled and deep-cleaning tasks as directedMaintain cleanliness and organisation of storerooms, trolleys and equipmentUse cleaning chemicals, linen and equipment safely, economically and in accordance withproceduresReport maintenance issues, damaged equipment or safety concerns promptlyFollow procedures for lost property, guest confidentiality and security of keys and restrictedareasAssist with guest requests, including turndown service and set-up of rollaway beds or cotswhere requiredSupport housekeeping operations through public area cleaning,
