About The Role
Due to continued growth, we're seeking a qualified Pipe Welder to join our fabrication team in Toowoomba on a full‐time, permanent 5/2 roster.
This is a great opportunity to join an established business delivering high‐quality project and maintenance services across a range of industries.
Responsibilities
Interpret and work from technical drawings and specifications
Perform fabrication and welding activities to required standards




Ensure all work is completed in line with quality, safety and compliance requirements
Follow LEAN and 5S principles to maintain an efficient and organized workspace
Complete relevant documentation, permits and reporting requirements
Collaborate effectively within a team to deliver high-quality outcomes
Qualifications
Certificate III in Boilermaking (minimum requirement)
Proven experience welding to piping and structural standards
Strong knowledge of welding techniques (GTAW, FCAW, SMAW, GMAW)
Ability to work autonomously with limited supervision
Experience working within quality assurance and testing environments
Strong safety mindset with experience in permits, JSEAs and procedures
Forklift license (desirable)
