About The Role
As a Remedial Massage Therapist working from a private treatment room within a gym environment, you'll have the chance to provide personalised therapeutic massage treatments that target specific health concerns, relieve pain, and boost overall wellness.
This role is all about making a real difference in the lives of your clients, helping them feel their best and enjoy a higher quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
Assess clients' physical conditions to understand their needs and health issues.
Create tailored treatment plans that focus on their unique goals and challenges.
Use expert massage techniques to relieve tension, pain and support healing.
Work autonomously and alongside an awesome team of healthcare professionals to ensure clients get the best care possible.
About You
We require a skilled Remedial Massage Therapist with a passion for wellbeing and customer experience delivering exceptional care to a diverse range of clients.
You enjoy working autonomously and have a talent for addressing each client's unique needs.
You are dedicated to continuous learning and professional development, keeping abreast of the latest practices in remedial massage therapy.
Essential Criteria
Diploma or higher qualification in Remedial Massage Therapy.
Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology and pathology.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.




Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
High ethical standards and a commitment to confidentiality.
Proficiency in technology, including computer and data entry skills.
Experience working autonomously and as part of a team.
Desirable Criteria
Current registration with a relevant professional association.
Valid First Aid and CPR certification.
Experience working with a diverse range of clients and conditions.
Strong collaboration skills.
High attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‐paced environment.
Familiarity with funding body frameworks, relevant service standards and legislative requirements.
