Hours: Full-time (38 hours per week) with option for part‐time.About the RoleSt Vincent's Care at Home seeks an experienced Physiotherapist to join the Rehab at Home program in Sydney.
The role delivers high‐quality rehabilitation to patients in their own homes, supporting secure early discharge and recovery following elective orthopaedic surgery and acute private hospital admissions.
Rehab at Home combines in‐home physiotherapy, virtual care, and multidisciplinary coordination to achieve excellent patient outcomes while avoiding unnecessary hospital stays.Qualifications & ExperienceAHPRA‐registered Physiotherapist (Required)Minimum 3 years of clinical experience (Required)Experience in rehabilitation, orthopaedics, subacute or community care (Desirable)Confident autonomous practice in home‐based settings (Required)Strong clinical reasoning,
