About This Opportunity
Our Sun Valley store in Gladstone is currently looking for a motivated and hard working leader to join and assist in leading the store's fruit & veg department.
Responsibilities
Manage a small team, creating rosters, generating orders, completing stock takes and much more.
Requirements
Fresh food retail knowledge is desired, but not essential.
Ability to lead and manage a team.
Ability to order and control costs.
Accurate team rostering.
Passion and enthusiasm, with a very hands‐on approach.
Unparalleled commitment to customer service.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to liaise with both team members and management.
A flair for merchandising.
Strong leadership and delegation skills.
Ability to coach, train and performance manage teams.
