Play a key role in shaping our performance across our InfraBuild business.The role reports to the Head of Customer Contracts and Disputes to support the provision of legal services, mainly the implementation of the contract policy, reviewing and negotiating customer facing contracts in accordance with the contract policy, and providing advice to the business units with respect to customer facing disputes which arise, aligned with InfraBuild strategies and initiatives.What you will be doing:Provide legal support in areas such as supply contracts, sales contracts, general contracting, capital projects, disputes, regulatory and environmental issues, corporate issues, legal compliance, policy development, training, and monitoringAssist in identifying and mitigating legal and commercial risksReport material issues related to legal risks, compliance, and corporate governance to the General Counsel and Head of LegalEngage with other functional teams, including Treasury, Finance, Tax, Environment, Safety,
