As they continue to scale their ANZ Customer Experience business, they are seeking a License Compliance Consultant to join on a 12-month fixed-term contract.The Opportunity:This role sits at the intersection of compliance and commercial strategy.
You'll drive a compliance-based sales approach across the ANZ CXO business - identifying and resolving licensing non-compliance and usage risks, and converting these into genuine commercial opportunities that support sustainable revenue growth.What You'll Do:Compliance Risk Identification & ResolutionProactively analyse customer licensing and usage data to detect non-compliance, overuse, and misuseConduct formal audits and internal compliance reviews using analytics toolsAdvise account teams and customers on remediation strategies to ensure compliance and minimise riskTurn compliance insights into upsell, cross-sell, and retention opportunities through compelling commercial offersSupport pipeline growth by qualifying opportunities and accelerating deal progression through compliance-driven eventsLead sensitive, technical conversations with C-suite, IT,
and legal stakeholders to drive compliance and value realisationDeliver education and outreach programs to improve customer understanding of licensing terms and standardsBuild trust and drive high customer retention by demonstrating the value of compliant software usageProcess & Framework DevelopmentContribute to the ongoing formalisation and improvement of the License Advisory (LA) framework for CXO solutionsStandardise processes for compliance monitoring, reporting, and customer engagement across teamsSupport change management and enablement initiatives to drive internal adoptionData Analysis & ReportingApply tools to monitor and report on compliance statusGenerate entitlement and usage reports, analyse spending trends, and deliver actionable insights to customersWhat You'll Need to Succeed:Minimum 5 years' hands-on experience in license compliance, ideally gained within a software company or leading consulting organisationA track record leading compliance reviews, addressing anti-piracy challenges, and navigating complex contract workStrong working knowledge of compliance methodologies, software tools, and licensing modelsA relationship-first approach — professional, trusted, and commercially mindedWhat's in it for you:Hybrid working environment with offices based in the Sydney's CBDJoin a globally recognised, market-leading SaaS organisation at the forefront of digital experience innovationLengthy 12 Month FTCIf you think you're a valuable fit and would like to learn more hit APPLY NOW and submit your CV for immediate consideration
