Casual and permanent part‐time roles based across Uniting Central Coast and/or Newcastle facilities: Hamlyn Terrace, Bateau Bay, Elermore Vale, Hamilton, Belmont North, Garden Suburb, Mayfield.
Compensation
Up to $***** p/h + super, penalties, tax benefits, plus casual loading.
Casual role with ability to work up to 76 hours per fortnight.

Responsibilities
Provide care, companionship and emotional support to residents to help maintain a sense of meaning and purpose in their day.
Provide daily living assistance such as showering, personal hygiene, dressing, help at mealtimes and general mobility.
Assist with medication and straightforward wound dressings.
Support residents in community‐based recreational and social activities.
Qualifications
Certificate III/IV in Aged Care or Individual Support, or equivalent qualification.
If not currently qualified, we can help you obtain it.
Previous experience in aged or community care, or a passion to begin a career in aged care if you are studying or have recently become qualified.
Adaptable, empathetic, flexible and resourceful; live Uniting's values of compassion,
respect, imagination and boldness.
Must be able to transport yourself by car or public transport.
