You will report to the Operations Manager and hold full accountability for safe, effective and profitable site operation, including production planning, drill and blast, processing and cost management.You will drive safety culture, lead high-performing teams, work with customers and regulators, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering sustainable business outcomes for the quarry and broader business.
