Job Category: Product.Job DescriptionAs Product Manager, you will work closely with our Product Director, Engineering, Design and Commercial teams to improve the MyHealth1st booking experience and deliver measurable product outcomes.
You will own the bookings product backlog and lead a cross-functional squad through discovery, prioritisation and delivery.Your Responsibilities Will IncludeOwning and maintaining the MyHealth1st bookings product backlog, ensuring work is clearly prioritised, refined and ready for developmentTranslating product strategy, user flows and practice scheduling needs into clear epics, user stories and acceptance criteria in JiraLeading product discovery activities, including customer interviews, funnel analysis and internal discovery sessionsUsing booking, checkout and conversion data to identify opportunities and prioritise product improvementsWorking closely with Engineering and Design throughout the delivery process to remove blockers and support high quality outcomesParticipating actively in Agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, stand ups, reviews and retrospectivesDefining success measures and tracking product performance against agreed outcomesCommunicating product priorities, progress, trade offs and risks clearly across the businessBalancing shorter term conversion improvements with the longer term scalability of the platformActing as the key product voice for the bookings platform across the organisationDesired Skills And ExperienceTo succeed in this role,
