Duties:
Manage a well-maintained portfolio of approximately 200 properties
Work alongside a Virtual Assistant and in-house Property Management Assistant who handle much of the administration, maintenance coordination and day-to-day support
No leasing responsibilities, with a dedicated Leasing Consultant managing all leasing activities
Conduct landlord and tenant communication, including onsite meetings when required
Prepare and issue notices to tenants
Monitor rental accounts and manage rental arrears
Negotiate lease renewals
Issue breach notices where required
Deliver exceptional customer service to landlords and tenants
Work closely with the BDM, Accounts and Property Management support team to ensure a seamless portfolio

About You
Previous Property Management experience essential
Current COR & CAR Certificate required
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to manage priorities and work autonomously
Positive attitude and team-focused mindset
Experience using PropertyMe highly regarded
