The Role
We are seeking a reliable, motivated team member with experience in
landscaping, hardscaping, or construction-based outdoor works
.
This role suits someone who takes pride in their workmanship, understands site presentation, and wants to be part of a professional crew delivering standout results.
Typical Works Include
Structural and feature landscaping
Retaining walls (limestone, concrete, engineered systems)
Paving (travertine, porcelain, concrete, natural stone)
Turf preparation and installation
Garden bed construction and planting
Weathering steel edging and garden features
Drainage, soak wells, and site preparation




Irrigation and basic reticulation works
Concrete preparation and associated works
Use of excavators, skid steers, compactors, and hand tools
What We're Looking For
MUST have previous experience in landscaping, construction, or civil/outdoor works
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to follow plans, specifications, and site instructions
Pride in clean, accurate workmanship
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication skills and a professional attitude
White Card (required)
Driver's licence (essential)
Machinery tickets and trade background highly regarded
