We're looking for an experienced and passionate leader to join our Homelessness team as Team Leader (IRHP).
In this role, you'll lead and inspire a team of Recovery Support Workers across the West Moreton (Ipswich) and Darling Downs (Toowoomba) regions, helping people experiencing or at risk of homelessness and living with mental health challenges achieve safe, sustainable housing and recovery.

You'll coach and support your team to deliver exceptional, person-centred support, build robust partnerships with stakeholders, and drive service quality, consistency, and continuous improvement.

Your day will include:
Leading the day-to-day delivery of housing and psychosocial supports across the West Moreton / Ipswich region
Providing leadership, supervision, mentoring, and practice guidance to Recovery Support Workers
Supporting people experiencing or at risk of homelessness to access and sustain safe, appropriate housing
Embedding trauma-informed, and strengths-based practice across the service
Supporting teams to respond to complexity, emerging risk, and changing participant needs
Building and maintaining collaborative relationships with housing providers, clinical services,



and community stakeholders
Overseeing documentation, reporting, service quality, and continuous improvement activities
You Will Need:
Relevant tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Demonstrated leadership experience in mental health, community services, or homelessness settings, with a strong understanding of recovery-oriented practice
Ability to supervise staff, manage complex situations, and build effective stakeholder relationships
Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
