At Quest Fremantle we're on the lookout for a new
Maintenance Person
to join our team on a Full - time basis working between 38 hours per week.
Job Description
Responsible for all maintenance issues within the property.
and to deliver an excellent guest experience while performing daily checks, repairing equipment, and coordinating projects.
Deliver outstanding customer service.
Perform daily maintenance checks.
Co-ordinate contractors as required.
Oversee preventative maintenance program.
High level attention to detail
Qualifications
Comply with workplace health and safety regulations.
Effective budgeting.
Fantastic organisational and leadership skills.
Strong knowledge of building trades.
Great eye for detail and proactive approach.
Prior experience in a maintenance role is essential, and a trade qualification would be highly regarded.
The successful applicant must be available to work shifts, weekends and public holidays, and have
entitlements to work in Australia.
