MACAR Group is a rapidly growing crushing and screening company looking for experienced Mobile Crushing Supervisors.
As the Crushing Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing your team through a balanced approach of production and routine maintenance.

4+ years experience with mobile crushing is essential, teamwork within your own crew and working together with other crews is imperative to our success and most importantly site safety is our priority, ensuring that everybody goes home secure.
You will be working within a small team at various sites on a 2/1 roster, days and night shift, FIFO from Perth.
Non-negotiables:
Statutory 26 qualification (including exam completion) is mandatory for this role.




Experience leading a small crushing team.
WA driver's license - HR desirable.
Mobile equipment experience with Striker, Terex Finlay and Kleeman.
Experienced mobile crushing excavator and loader operators with tickets - Excavator and loader tickets must be held at the time of application.
Police clearance must be obtained within the last 6 months for site access.
Desired tickets - skid steer, telehandler, c6, first aid, frontline management.
Full Australian working rights.
Ability to pass a full medical and drug and alcohol screen.
