The Opportunity
In this rewarding role as an Employment Outcomes Partner, you'll be at the heart of facilitating employment opportunities by providing recruitment services to Employers and promoting and placing Participants into work.
You'll use your creativity and drive to connect Participants with employers through proactive reverse marketing, showcasing their unique skills and potential, to achieve employment outcomes.
With a strong focus on empowering people and providing exceptional service to employers and stakeholders, this role requires; energy, self-motivation, and a genuine commitment to Workskills' vision, purpose, and values.
About You
To excel in this role, you will need:
Essential Requirements:
A knack for building meaningful relationships with people and businesses




Proven sales and marketing experience with a strong track record of achieving results
A genuine passion for empowering individuals and supporting them to change their lives through employment
Excellent communication, organisational, and time-management skills
A current Tasmanian Driver's Licence
Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
Current Tasmanian WWVP registration (or willingness to obtain).
Desirable but Not Essential:
Experience in recruitment strategies, workforce planning, and employer engagement
The flexibility and ability to work across multiple Workskills sites to meet operational requirements
Success in achieving employment outcomes for a diverse range of participants by both matching their skills to employer needs
Experience in reverse marketing participants directly to employers, showcasing their strengths and abilities to secure meaningful employment opportunities
Certificate IV in Employment Services
Experience in the employment services or community services sector
Tertiary qualifications in marketing or a related field.
